Execution and ratification of court decisions in Brazil and abroad, as well as summons and instructions of foreign judicial acts;
Pre-litigation activity, aiming at the prevention of disputes and seeking a friendly composition of interests;
Negotiation and drafting of conflict resolution clauses involving negotiation, mediation, dispute boards, arbitration, and choice of jurisdiction;
Drafting of expert opinions on Brazilian Procedural Law and on the application of Brazilian legislation in judicial and arbitral proceedings initiated in Brazil or abroad.
